Exciting news last night, CITY AND COLOUR have finished production of their next album, scheduled to come out later this year. A short promo video was released last night, via their facebook page, that showed clips of their studio work and ending with this statement, which is sure to make any DALLAS GREEN fan grin:

City and Colour's last album, Little Hell, came out in 2011, leaving many fans eager for the next collection of songs to come from this rising Canadian success. It may be some times though before the new album comes out though, because DALLAS will be finishing the final ALEXISONFIRE tour. I've been lucky enough to see CITY AND COLOUR twice, once at SUGAR BEACH and again at the historic MASSEY HALL. He's definitely one of my top artists in this genre, made all the better by being a local St. Catharine's native. I can't wait for this album to come out!
