Toronto electronic group Zeds Dead and Toronto based rapper Omar LinX added to their string of colaborative releases last year with their Victor EP. This is one of my favourite releases from one of my favorite artists. DC and Hooks have the hardest hitting, base thumping and identifiable sounds in electronic music. Omar LinX adds his personal and catchy lyricism, resulting in 24 minutes of pure ecstasy. Zeds Dead are known for their sinister base lines and drops, but with the addition of LinX, even the beat down sections keep the listener engaged on this release.
